Roots and Flavors Food Market is a gastronomic park is designed to promote Honduran gastronomy and crafts on the outskirts of the capital Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Upon entering, you are greeted by an open-air plaza where there are exhibition stands for artists. Then you arrive at a fountain that functions as a central plaza to direct you to the different districts: artisan, gastronomic and market. Here you will find different agricultural products, Honduran dishes and souvenirs or sculptures that represent the traditions of our country, Honduras. In addition, there are workshops for artisans where you can witness the process of making these decorative pieces made from clay. As part of the park, there are plans to have crops to facilitate the obtaining of raw materials, where control is carried out by the administrative office.
