Valhorsa Equestrian Club & Villas was designed as a proposal for Resort Design. It's located in th Zamorano Valley, Honduras. The design offers a modern look on the region's traditional architecture. The materiality is a mix of tile, clay, stone veneer floors and organic shapes. The hotel complex consists of a reception, the Valhorsa à la carte restaurant, the souvenir shop at the Pond of Memories, and the swimming pool, which are open to the public. Two types of villas are offered to guests: Villa Valhorsa (the family house) and Villas Duo Vista with single and double accommodation. The resort's facilities include tennis courts, a football pitch, a horse track, stables and a privileged view from the bar. It is suitable for equestrian competitions and events. This design offers a new concept in Honduras, close to the Uyuca Nature Reserve.
